Our story starts with our own team. Over the last 20+ years, we’ve traveled together across continents, through seasons of celebration and challenge. We’ve strolled ancient European streets on unforgettable river cruises, soaked in the sun at top beach resorts like Sandals, RIU, and Iberostar, and journeyed across Asia — from bustling cities in China to peaceful boat rides in Cambodia and guided tours through the heart of Vietnam.

But we’ve also experienced the less glamorous side of travel. We’ve faced hurricanes that disrupted plans. We’ve endured poor resort experiences that didn’t match the brochures. We've booked trips that looked great online but fell short in real life. We have friends and colleagues who have had horrible travel journeys that could have been prevented with a little help from an expert.
